By having the repetition of the word 'Back' it allows a catchy and memorable connotation to be attached to the show. Other titles that we considered were 'Throwback Thursdays' or even the 'Miakats' however these weren't clear on the content that would be played in the shows or weren't very catchy.

Currently there is a trend in modern culture to reference styles and media from the late 90's and early 2000's, this being clear in fashion trends being seen this summer such as scrunchies, dungarees and denim skirts, this reinforcing the positive connotations around media from this time period.
Advertisements that will be featured on the show will be shops and businesses such as COW - and independant vintage shop in Sheffield city centre, Wellies - a cafe in the city centre next to the Sheffield Hallam student union.
Meadowhall events will also be promoted, in particular 'student nights' and 'job fairs' this being lucrative to the audience as this will appeal to their interests and location as well as feeding back into the Sheffield business scene.
Target Audience
The target audience of the radio show will be 18-25 year old female students, we hope to target this age with the type of music and content we will be producing as well as the all female cast of presenters. This particular demographic is great to aim for due to them being very technologically involved, this meaning that advertising the show and promoting the release date can be done over social media and additionally this will be perfect for interactive sections of the show. Due to the 18-25 year group being very active on social media channels meaning that a social TV element will be added to the show as they will be tweeting the show whilst listening.
In terms of NRS grade we are aiming for an ABC1 audience however the audience is made up of primarily students this meaning that many of them wont have a huge disposable income as they are in full time education. Because of their limited disposable income the adverts that will be played will be for taxi's/restaurants and shops, these all being used by this target audience frequently.

For presenters on the show we are going to have an all female cast, by having an all female presenting crew this allows a similar atmosphere in the programme to those listening get ready with girlfriends at home. The all female presenters will talk about storylines in between songs that will interest and inform the audience such as Rihanna's new clothing line launch or the golden globes stars. Because the presenters will be so relatable to the audience through similar age and gender this will hopefully entice a larger audience due to the positive atmosphere.
Health&Safety/Audio Assets
For health and safety of the show we will ensure to complete necessary risk assessments prior to the show to allow us to be vigilant for dangers in the workplace.
Dangers that may occur could be things such as long wires becoming a tripping hazard or migraines from looking at a screen for too long, to avoid these problems the risk assessment will detail contingencies and preventations e.g taking regular breaks in the radio broadcast when a song is playing to give breaks to the presenters.
Alongside this we will also ensure audio levels not go above industry standard this to ensure music is not too loud or harmful to the audience or staff in the booth. By checking the audio files against the industry standard we will be vigilant of volume and be aware of the harm this could cause the audience.

Budget/Funding
As the programme is a college based project there is a strict limit on the budget however studio equipment and software is available to record this would be a huge part of the budget without this equipment.
The funding that would come from advertisements played on the show would play a huge part of the budget and would probably be put into advertising the show e.g Heart Fm have large bus billboards showing Amanda Holdens morning show.
